Woodland
A selection of trees, native to northern England, have been planted according to different soil types.

Woodland Trust donated 750 trees, wooden stakes and tree guards to Shipton Wildflower Woods. Other trees were donated by The Yorkshire Arboretum and by prior arrangement, a number of individuals.

Between 9th and 31st March 2024, approximately 90 volunteers braved the muddy conditions and planted native species of trees and shrubs.
